Little Champs Braybrook and Hoppers Crossing
Exceed National Standards
YES, we are proudly running Exceeding Services

Both our services have been rated as Exceeding National Quality Standard under the National Quality Framework.

The National Quality Standard (NQS) sets a national benchmark for the quality of children’s education and care services across Australia.

Services are assessed against the NQS by the state or territory regulatory authority and receive a rating for each of the seven quality areas of the NQS, as well as an overall rating.

“An overall rating of Exceeding NQS is given to services that go above and beyond the requirements of the NQS in at least four of the seven quality areas,” Our Little Champs Hoppers Crossing service was assessed for the first time and proudly achieved exceeding in all the quality areas, whereas, Little Champs Braybrook assessed twice and both times conquered Exceeding National Quality Standards.

The National Quality Framework (NQF) for early childhood education and care was agreed by all Australian governments to get better educational and development outcomes for children using education and care services.
Implementation of the NQF is guided by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

The NQS brings together seven key, quality areas that are important to outcomes for children.

  1. Educational program and practice.
  2. Children’s health and safety.
  3. Physical environment.
  4. Staffing arrangements.
  5. Relationships with children.
  6. Collaborative partnerships with families and communities.
  7. Leadership and service management.
